TATOC, a non-profit company, was formed in 1989 to act as a networking group for the appointed members of timeshare owners' committees. Today the Association has 70 resort members representing over 250,000 timeshare owners across Europe and is sponsored by some of Europe’s leading timeshare businesses.
One of its most important activities is the free Consumer Helpline which operates from the organisation’s head office in Manchester, United Kingdom.
